Refunds on accommodation bookings are strictly governed by the specific resort/hotel’s individual cancellation policy. Service charges and administrative fees incurred during booking will be deducted prior to issuing any refund.
For all eligible and approved refunds, payments will be processed back to the customer's original payment method (Bank Account / Credit Card / UPI) within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contactuttarakhandtourpackages@gmail.com or via official WhatsApp (+91 8194088666). Verbal requests will not be entertained.

If safaris or tours are cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, heavy rainfall, zone closures by forest authorities, or sudden government restrictions, Uttarakhand Tour Packages shall not be held liable, and refund terms governed by forest administration rules will apply.
All visitors must carry the original photo identity document (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) used at the time of safari permit booking. Entry will be denied by forest officials at park gates if details do not match, and our enterprise holds no responsibility for such denials.
All rates listed on the website are subject to availability. In the event of an unexpected revision in government entry fees, forest taxes, or resort tariffs prior to trip completion, the difference amount must be borne by the customer.
Uttarakhand Tour Packages acts solely in the capacity of a travel facilitator. We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss of luggage, flight/train delays, natural disasters (Force Majeure), or accidents during safari rides or transport.
Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Ramnagar / Nainital, Uttarakhand, India.
